Lead without leading

Lead without leading

It is possible to lead by following.

To guide your leader by allowing him to lead through proper submission to him in the position in which he stands

To show him how it is possible to truly execute his will through those who are properly obedient to his command and, thereby, the great responsibility which is attached to him

Otherwise, there is no authority and,  therefore, no responsibility, no responsiveness, below, or above, to the movements of the will of the leader.

So we lead, we guide, we influence, by the way in which we submit to, or usurp, authority.

One way of leading is obvious and apparent. The other is subtle and hidden. Both are necessary for the true work to be done. Without both, there is only bareness and destruction.
